Tell Obama Keep Promises to Darfur

Obama has made gestures toward appointing a special representative for Africa to provide a direct link to the White House and help better resolve some of the pressing issues there. On President Obama’s first day in the White House, we bombarded his office with faxes outlining the steps he must take to fight genocide in his administration’s first 100 days.

On Obama’s 25th day, we flooded the State Department’s phone lines with calls demanding that Clinton make Darfur a priority by appointing a new Special Envoy to Sudan.

And we’re only getting started.

On the 50th day of President Obama’s administration, get ready to flood the White House’s fax lines by e-faxing the President his progress report on Darfur.
